How It Works
- Processing & Delivery Times remain the same:
- Orders processed in 1–3 business days (longer for custom/large items).
- UK: 2–5 business days (up to 7 for remote areas).
- EU: 4–10 business days (faster to nearby countries).
- We use trusted carriers (DHL, UPS, or local partners) with full tracking and insurance for fragile/delicate lighting products.
- For EU shipments: We handle customs clearance and import VAT/duties upfront (DDP where possible) — no surprise fees on delivery.
A Few Important Notes
- This covers standard shipping only (express/overnight options, if available, may incur extra fees — shown at checkout).
- Very large, heavy, or oversized items (e.g., extra-large chandeliers requiring pallet shipping) may have a small additional surcharge for safe handling/transport. We’ll clearly display this on the product page and at checkout if it applies — transparency is key!
